Detail-oriented team player wanted, You will start out with administrative tasks and will learn a wide variety of skills specific to the industry including: the ability to read blueprints sufficiently to discuss and negotiate with customers and suppliers, inquire about and understand the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining office schedules and keeping on top of task completion for multiple departments.
• Handle order entry, tracking, client communications and problem resolution.
• Project follow up / Parts Chaser for customer and internal inquiries.
• Organize and Process RFQ/RFPs with both customer and vendors.
• General office tech support for variety of machines & systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Various office accounting tasks including but not limited to: payroll, time keeping reconciling accounts. Accounts Receivables and Payables.

Ability to make a program with Catia V5 from 2D blueprints for our machines. Must also make a redraft of the parts using Catia cad models.

• Must be proficient using Master Cam
• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience machining background
• Must be able to Program/set up and operate CNC Mill with Fanuc Control to very close tolerances.
• Must be able to read, understand and interpret drawings with true Position/Geometric tolerance callout.
• Must be able to perform first article in process inspection on parts programmed and machined

Current Opening? Yes Department: Engineering

Perform general inspection and testing of aerospace parts, assemblies, and materials for conformance to engineering requirements and specifications, using customer blueprints, test equipment, and precision measuring instruments. Work closely with programmers and Quality Assurance to create, modify and report First Article Inspection Reports, familiar with AS9100 forms. Must be able to use Solid Works, MasterCam or AutoCad. Use a variety of inspection tools such as but not limited to:

• Gages (Height, Plug, Ring, Block, etc)
• Optical Comparator
• Surface Plate
• CMM (currently with VDMIS software)
• Calipers, Micrometers, etc

  Primary Responsibilities:

  • Review production documentation, vendor certifications and test reports for product compliance with quality standards or customer requirements.
  • Approve or reject parts and prepares inspection reports.

Work with Mills and Fanuc controls. Must know MasterCam and able to edit program. Set up of 3 & 4 Axis.

• Must be able to work with CNC Mills and Fanuc Controls.

• Inspect materials, machines, gages and parts before and after.
